My Dark Romance
Trapped beneath your heavy words,
my tender heart thus bruised.
Torn between love and hate,
the mystery remains.
Lingering between time and space,
torrid love songs of the past.
Memories of nights spent in passion,
thoughts clouded by promises and deceit.
Yesterday went by so fast,
now all that remains are remnants of you.
